Going On – The Movie is a film adaptation of acclaimed actor Elizabeth Richardson’s one-woman stage show that explores the dynamic push – pull between career ambitions and the spiritual life.  Richardson deftly counterpoints her struggles as a young actress on tour with Peter O’Toole with her later challenges as a Buddhist on a three-year meditation retreat in. She plays twelve characters including roles from plays by Anton Chekhov and Noel Coward. What unfolds is a funny, powerful, and poignant tapestry of her life experience as a daughter, actor and Buddhist.
